PBR Non-Oxidizing Unplugging Agent
eMAI™ PBR is a non-oxidizing chain-breaking unplugging agent designed for polymer-flooded and profile-control reservoirs. It addresses near-wellbore blockage caused by HPAM residues, phenolic-resin gels, chromium gels, guar gum, and guar-gum gels through catalytic chain scission and emulsifying dispersion, without strong oxidizing ingredients. The product reduces polymer-solution viscosity and disrupts the network structure of resins and asphaltenes. It does not cause strong oxidative corrosion to tubing, casing, or the formation rock framework, produces no free oxygen, and helps avoid formation sanding and emulsion blockage. It is especially suitable for high-temperature, high-salinity treatments and operations requiring strong protection of metal equipment.
Overview and Applications
PBR degrades polymer and gel damage; DFR and DF5212 provide silicone and silicone-free defoaming; FC56/FC76 lower surface and interfacial tension in acidizing and fracturing fluids; and OV153 improves heavy-oil mobility, forming a coordinated production-enhancement portfolio.
