DFR Silicone Defoamer
eMAI™ DFR is a high-performance composite defoamer based on modified polysiloxane and hydrophobic silica. Hydrophobic silica particles rapidly penetrate foam films, while the low surface tension of modified polysiloxane promotes rapid spreading and destroys foam elasticity, providing fast knockdown and sustained foam suppression. The product features rapid defoaming, long-lasting suppression, low dosage, non-toxicity, odorlessness, chemical stability, and acid/alkali resistance. It is suitable for foam control in industrial cleaning, water treatment, textile dyeing and printing, and papermaking systems.
Overview and Applications
PBR degrades polymer and gel damage; DFR and DF5212 provide silicone and silicone-free defoaming; FC56/FC76 lower surface and interfacial tension in acidizing and fracturing fluids; and OV153 improves heavy-oil mobility, forming a coordinated production-enhancement portfolio.
