Penetrating Agent JFC Series

The eMAI™ JFC Series penetrating agents are nonionic surfactants produced by ring-opening polymerization of C7–C10 fatty alcohols (mostly isooctanol) with ethylene oxide (EO). They offer good penetrating and wetting performance, excellent chemical stability and tolerance, and good emulsifying and dispersing capabilities.

Overview and Applications

The portfolio covers fatty-alcohol ethoxylates, isotridecyl and isodecyl alcohol ethoxylates, alkylphenol ethoxylates, sorbitan esters, and polyoxyethylene sorbitan derivatives. Grades can be selected by HLB and solubility for industrial cleaning, textiles, metalworking, coatings, agrochemicals, oilfield, and personal-care formulations.
