CleaW50 Water Clarifier

The water clarifier eMAI™ CleaW50 is composed of polycationic macromolecular compounds. Through charge neutralization, adsorption bridging, and sweep-floc entrapment, it efficiently removes suspended particles, colloids, and emulsified oil from water. Densely distributed positively charged groups on its linear molecular chains compress the electric double layer and destabilize colloids, while the long-chain structure promotes aggregation of fine particles into dense flocs for rapid solid-liquid separation. The product features low dosage, fast floc settling, high effluent clarity, and small sludge volume, with strong tolerance to pH fluctuations and no secondary pollution. Applications: Oilfield produced water treatment: Widely used in onshore and offshore oilfield produced-water treatment, effectively removing emulsified oil, suspended solids, and polymer residues so the effluent meets reinjection or discharge standards. Advanced petrochemical wastewater treatment: Suitable for oily wastewater and polymer-containing wastewater from refineries and chemical plants, with particularly significant removal of refractory organics and colloids. Industrial circulating water side-stream filtration: For emergency treatment of high-turbidity makeup water or water quality deterioration caused by system leakage, rapidly restoring water clarity. Municipal wastewater upgrading: Used as a chemical phosphorus-removal aid or coagulant to improve SS and TP removal rates and ensure effluent compliance.
