BK Triazine Biocide

The biocide eMAI™ BK is an industrial broad-spectrum biocide whose main component is hydroxyethyl hexahydro-s-triazine. With low toxicity, high efficiency, and high temperature and alkali resistance, it is widely used in oilfield produced-fluid treatment, metalworking fluids, coatings, papermaking, and wastewater treatment. The product features broad-spectrum high efficacy, excellent stability, long-lasting bacteriostasis, good compatibility, and a wide applicable pH range.

Overview and Applications

The range comprises CleaW50 clarifier and PHMB, PHMG, 1227, triazine BK, and C/MIT biocides. Together they provide flocculation, clarification, microbial control, and slime removal for oilfield produced water, industrial circulating water, petrochemical wastewater, and related process-water treatment.
