FL30 Crude Oil Flow Improver
The eMAI™ FL30 crude oil flow improver is composed mainly of ultra-high-molecular-weight oil-soluble polymers, specialty solvents, and stabilizers. By suppressing turbulence and improving fluid rheological characteristics, it effectively reduces the friction coefficient between the pipe inner wall and the crude oil, enabling higher flow rates at the same pumping power or lower pumping pressure at the same flow rate—thereby improving transport efficiency and reducing energy consumption. The product is suitable for onshore and offshore long-distance crude oil pipelines, gathering networks, and refinery feedstock systems; it increases pipeline throughput and reduces operating costs, with good thermal and shear stability. It has good compatibility with common crude oil treatment chemicals and does not affect downstream crude processing.
Overview and Applications
DC45 selectively removes carbon dioxide, DS scavenges hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans, KHI10 delays hydrate nucleation, growth, and agglomeration, and FL30 reduces friction to improve crude throughput. The range supports natural-gas gathering, crude pipelines, and refinery front-end treatment.
