Fatty Amidopropyl Hydroxysultaine AHSB Series
The eMAI™ AHSB Series fatty amidopropyl hydroxysultaines are zwitterionic compounds produced by amidation of fatty acids with N,N-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine, followed by quaternization with hydroxysulfonation. Product attributes: Excellent solubility and compatibility: Dissolves rapidly in water and acts synergistically with other surfactants; Foaming and thickening: Produces rich, stable foam and increases product viscosity; Low irritation and biocidal action: Low skin and eye irritation with a certain biocidal effect, suitable for mild personal care products; High salinity tolerance: Good tolerance to calcium and magnesium ions; Antistatic: Reduces static buildup and can be used as an antistatic agent; Biodegradability: Biodegradable to a degree and environmentally friendly.
