AS Ultra-Low Interfacial Tension Surfactant
eMAI™ AS is a high-efficiency ultra-low interfacial tension surfactant composed mainly of petroleum sulfonates, nonionic surfactants, and specialty co-solvents. It is suitable for chemical flooding in oilfields at medium-to-high water-cut stages, binary/ternary combination flooding, imbibition oil recovery in low-permeability reservoirs, pressure-driven flooding, water flooding, and emulsification viscosity reduction of heavy crude oil; the product can also be used in specialty industrial cleaning.
Overview and Applications
AC blends anionic and nonionic surfactants for ultra-low interfacial tension, wettability control, and emulsification, while AS adds a low critical micelle concentration and salt tolerance. The products support high-water-cut reservoir flooding, binary/ternary systems, and low-permeability enhanced recovery.
